A fine dining restaurant that opened less than one year ago has won the overall title at the first ever Hertfordshire Food and Drink Awards.

The Buntingford Kitchen’s owner Damian Clarkson converted a 1930s cobblers shop into a restaurant and kept many of the historic features such as sloping floors and beams. The overall winner of the first ever Buckinghamshire Food and Drink Awards has been announced – Independent Butcher Mayo Brothers, in Bois Lane, Amersham.
